Default DNS Records for Hosting
A great many issues with your hosting may stem from the domain name not being properly pointed to your hosting account.To fix this:
- Log into your Account Manager and go to Records Wizard (under Domain Name System Manager, near the bottom of the page)
- Click "Next" by your domain if you have more than one
- Select "Reset to web hosting default records."
